As mamas we are super busy attending to everyone's needs in our household and it can be super tough to fit in a regular exercise routine. I went from never being able to stick to a fitness schedule or eating healthy to regularly exercising doing things I love, losing some weight and feeling very proud of myself by just changing three things!
